Three eases were 1 called in Court this morning in connection with alleged breaches of the Defence Act, 1909, but in the absence of .the Magistrate; each was adjourned by Mr. H. M. Porter, M.P. The defendants concerned were: Leslie Budged, charged with failing to take the oath of allegiance; Iluia To Rahnnn Unglcbrotseii and Roy Andrew', charged w-ith failing to register.
