IMPORTANT COURT DECISION (Received Nov. 8. noon.) SYDNEY, Nov. 8. For the first time iti Australia, radio was used to convey an important decision of (lie court iron) Sydney to Now Guinea. The case had reference to the sale ol shares in a plantation there. The. judeje, in equity, granted an order restraining the defendant from selling shares, and directed, as the matter was one of urgency, that the decision of the court should be served on the defendant bv radio.
