PROFESSIONAL RANKS COCHRAN’S “FAMOUS FIVE.” LONDON, June 15. Endeavoring to ascertain tire names of Mr (j. I?. Cochran’s five tennis players who are stated to be turning professional, the Daily News has already obtained the denials of four outstanding players in Turnbull, Gregory, Kingsley, and Grcig, that they are concerned. The paper adds: “Mr Cochran may get five players, but it is difficult to know how they can be described as ‘famous.’ ”
