FRENCH FEELER TO U.S. (Australian and N.Z. Cnhle Association, PARIS, June 22. Last week's feeler .thrown out by M. Briaml in favor of a FrancoAmerican pact, outlawing war, appears to have reached official channels. It is understood the text of the plan is being cabled to New York by the United States Embassy.
