DISPUTE IN BALKANS (Australian and N.Z. Cable Association.) ROME, June 22. The Giornalc d'ltalia claims that information from Belgrade and Tirana indicates that both Jugo-Slovakin and Albania have accepted thre Big Four's formula for the settlement of tho dispute by tho former withdrawing its 'Note and the hitler liberating the imprisoned interpreter.
