Alleged Misrepresentation Case Fails

In the action at the Hamilton Supreme Court in which George D. Pinney, dairy farmer, sued the Matarawa Land Co. for £1250 for alleged misrepresentation in connection with the sale of a farm at Tokoroa, near Rotorua, the jury yesterday returned a verdict for the defendant company, with costs, which were very heavy.
