WHERE SOME OF THE MONEY GOES SYDNEY,, June 9. A report by- officers of the Postal Department was read before the Wireless Commission to-day, stating that a. considerable portion of* the license fees paid to 3LO; Melbourne, were spent in fees to directors and management charges. Williamson, Ltd. £2OO, and Amalgamated Wireless royalties £12,000., while the profit was £II,OOO, The amount of license fees paid to ,'iLO' reached £72,000. James Malone, chief manager of telegraphs and wireless, stated that when the 2KY (Trades Hall) station was inspected, it was found to be connected with a Morse hey capable of being used for wireless telegraphic transmission. It was pointed out that this was a breach of the'regulations, and the key was removed.
