GATES STORMED
MOUNTED POLICE OUT MELBOURNE, June 6. Football enthusiasts i stormed the llichmond ground to-day when Richmond met" Carlton in the. League match. After 40,000 had been admitted, the remainder rushed the gates, and forced a large number of patrons on to the playing ground. Play was delayed pending the arrival of mounted police. One man and a boy were slightly hurt.
