Typhoid Fever
"The greatest number of cases of typhoid fever seemed to emanate from the Ratana camp," remarked the Minister of Health, Mr. J. A. Ydung,'■'in an address in Hamilton last night. He went on to say that due to better sanitation and the cooperation of tho public with local bodies, great progress was being made in decreasing the incidence of typhoid. Medical students of Otago University had not .sufficient material to pursue" their studies. The Minister hoped that before long typhoid would be removed from the list of serious diseases in the Dominion.p:a.
