AND INTERNATIONAL FEDERATION (Australian and N.Z. Cable Association.) (Received June 11, 10 a.m.) LONDON, June 10. The British Empire Service League discussed an invitation to send representatives to a conference of the International Federation of Servicemen at Luxemburg. General Dyett said he did not object to a representative going, as an observer. Constituent members of the League might join tjie International Federation if they desire, but Australia would not entertain the idea of the League itself being linked up with any international organisation. Mr. Stewart concurred. The meeting decided to accept the invitation, but the /representatives will attend in the capacity of observers.
The League carried a resolution re commending Empire headquarters to send a questionnaire to branches all over the. Empire inviting suggestions for using the organisation to further interimperial trade. Supporters emphasised that the proposal was in no way political. The League selected Australia as the venue for the next biennial conference.
