ARREST BY PARIS POLICE LONDON, May 21. Martinez Jiminez, a Spaniard, and one of the most dangerous of living anarchists, has been arrested after a. long search in connection with a scries of robberies in Paris and suburbs, says the Paris correspondent of the Daily Mail. Detectives visited a hut in the working-class district, and asked Jiminez for identity papers, and when lie was- handing a false passport to the police they handcuffed him. A search of the hut revealed revolvers and cartridges in a toolchest, in which there was also a perfect set of burglar’s instruments, including false keys and a giant safeopener. Jiminez has been accused of burglaries in Spaiu, of raids on banks and the assassination of the aged Archbishop of Saragossa and of the Governor of Barcelona. Jiminez admitted that silver and linen found in his hut were the proceeds of a robbery at Pau two years ago.
