Bruce has announced that the personnel of the board to investigate aviation accidents will consist of a technical expert of undoubted standing and not connected with llie department or the aviation business, who will lie chairman, a representative of -the Air Force wijli good flying and technical experience, a representative of the Givi) Aviation branch with similar experience, the inspection of aircraft 'construction officer, and, an officer from the Defence research laboratories.
