JAPAN, GERMANY, AND FRANCE (Australian ami N.Z CaM* g A^!% on - Alleging that Japan feels she has been betrayed by Britain, M. Jules Saurew, special correspondent of Le Matin, at .present in Tokio, asserts that political circles there are hopeful of forming a new alliance between Japan, Germany and France, one advantage of wliich would be that it would enable Japanese emigrants to take up, land in French colonies.
