] Following a visit to the northern end of the Masterton electorate, Mr. fi. R. Svkcs, M.P., interviewed the Hon. iv.'tt. Williams, Minister of Public Works, with a request that the j Minister should include the electorate lin his North Island tour. Mr. Williams agreed to visit, the district in about two or three weeks and will devote most of his time to the northern end in the Rakanui, Tirauinea, Pongaloa, ami Akitio area where roads and bridges are badly needed for the progress of the district,
