Tho fact that onlv one member of the Hamilton Rotary Club had offered his services as a candidate for .a scat on the Borough Council was commented on by Mr. O. R. Fairer at a meeting of the Rotary Club- there last week, lie .said the club's motto was "Service before self," and it talked n lot, about business ethics and high ideals. lie suggested it would be better if the members put their shoulders to the wheel by offering to take up some public service.
