RISING TENDENCY
NAPIER WOOL SALES PRICES IMPROVE (Per Press Association.) NAPIER, this day. The indications at Hie wool sale this morning suggest a rising tendency in prices for all better qualify wool. Operators are still displaying some excitement in bidding. Passed in lots are very few. It is considered that the improvement in prices already recorded is equal to from £1 to £1 10s per bale on an average over the whole offering.
