PRINCE MAY ATTEND (Australian and N.Z. Cable Association.! (Received December 7, 10 a.m.) OTTAWA, Dec. G. It is understood here that ' the Prince of Wales and the English Premier, Mr. Baldwin, have accepted invitations to participate in the Diamond Jubilee celebration of tho Confederation to be observed throughout Canada, beginning July 1, Di'7. Although both were unable to make definite engagements so far ahead they expressed a hope to come to Canada on the occasion.
