EMERGENCY REGULATIONS REVOCATION POSSIBLE (Australian and-N.Z. Cablo Association. (Received November 27, 2 p.m.) LONDON, Nov. 26. Tn tho House of Commons, in moving the continuance of tho emergency regulations for a month, Sir W. Joynson-Hicks said he hoped it would be possible to revoke them in a fortnight. In the meantime chief constables would not ban meetings. If a ban were necessary, it. would be the Homo Secretary’s responsibility. Laborites appealed to the Ministry instantly to withdraw the regulations as a graceful gesture. The debate was adjourned.
