DECREE NISI GRANTED (Per Press Association ) AUCKLAND, this day. In the Supremo Court:. Charlotte Whitehead', 76, petitioned for a divorce from Leediiam Whitehead, about 80 years of ago. on ihe ground of separation for 58 years. The parties were married, in July, 1857, but the relations were not, cordial, and in .(line. 1868. they agreed to separate. P, ■< it inner stated that respondent would not- keep her, and he expressed a wish that they should; live apart. There was one child! of the marriage. Counsel said the reason for the divorce was that tho parties wished to many again lor the sake of their other children. A decree, nisi was granted.
