In the House of Commons, Sir Arthur Strel-Maitland, stated that since the Armistice £62.446,090' had been paid out for unemployment■.'benefit. Mr. G. R. Lane-Fox announced! that in view of the increasing coal supplies, restrictions on gas, and electricity and lighting power would he withdrawn tomorrow, and those on Hie domestic use of coal at the end of the week, hut, the export, restrictions would remain.
