PAYMENT BY RESULTS
INDUSTRY'S ONLY HOPE EMPLOYERS' RESOLUTION (Received October 27, 12 noon.) SYDNEY, October 27. The annual conference of the Central Council/of Employers of Australia resolved that the material welfare of people engaged in all spheres of industry can only be improved by increased productivity, and this can best be achieved 1 by payment by results, with: a recognition of a mutual obligation by all parties to attain and promote efficiency.
