DECLINE IN TONNAGE . (Received October 27, 2 p.m.) SYDNEY, October 27. The report of the Sydney Harbor Trust Commissioners, tabled in the Assembly, shows that for the year ended June 30 last the receipts totalled £1,015,877, and expenditure £825,574. During the year 7652 vessels, with an aggregate tonnage of 15,000,000 entered the port, a decrease of 440 Vessels, with tonnage of 660.000 compared) with the previous year. The decrease may largely be attributed to industrial disputes in England and! Australia and 1 the curtailment of inter-State services.
