DECLINE IN TONNAGE . (Received October 27, 2 p.m.) SYDNEY, October 27. The report of the Sydney Harbor Trust Commissioners, tabled in the Assembly, shows that for the year ended June 30 last the receipts totalled £1,015,877, and expenditure £825,574.
