NO FLECTIONS FOR MUSSOLINI ROME, August 26. Every oily and town and village in Italy will he governed hy a representative appointed hy the national Pacifist government, under the terms of a new decree which will lie adopted on August 50 l>y the council of Ministers, according to well-informed political circles. Flections of all sorts will he abolished and notable economies, it is expected, will be achieved. The new system means the revocation of the right of administrative suffrage granted to women by a recent law.
