No news has yet been heard at Auckland of the safe arrival at- Sydney of the scow Maroro, which is considerably overdue. The Maroro, which has previously made several ‘lengthy passages Australia and New Zealand, is now 55 days out from Gisborne. Before leaving Newcastle for Auckland, the Lamb Co.’s steamer Ctoana, which arrived in port this morning, was instructed to keep a shajt lookout for the missing sailer, but failed to sight her.
