CREDIT CHANGES HANDS,
(Special to tho Herald.) CHRISTCHURCH, this day
The three-year-old gelding Credit, by Paper Money from Formless, owned by Messrs. J. Griifen and J. MeCombe, has been sold, and he will be sent to Dunedin to-morrow. The name of bis new owner is not known. Credit has no public form to recommend him, but he has shown some speed on the tracks. Sun Up was Janie- after working on Saturday. Ho was not on the track this morning, and he may require a smell.
Rivalry will he rested for a. few days. She was sore after she worked on Saturday, hut if is hoped- the trouble will not pi uve serious.
