MILLIONAIRE’S SCHEME. LONDON. Aug. 26. A millionaire business man living at Biarritz has hired two giant ’planes from imperial Airways, Ltd. These will be fitted up as Hying offices. Equipped with I allies and typewriters, they will be used on visits to financiers through Europe, and also to Convey financiers to Biarritz. The millionaire wanted a third ’plane, bul as the cross-Channel services are very busy lie could not be supplied at present. .
