FIRES IN MOSCOW.
LARGE BUILDINGS GUTTED. INCENDIARISM ALLEGED. (Australian and N.Z. Cable Association.) MOSCOW, July 5. The city is suffering from an epidemic of incendiarism. The huge railway depot at Kazan# stocked with chemicals, oils and other inflammables, was gutted to-day. Last week a wooden bridge over the river was destroyed, and a three-storied home for invalids was consumed with lightning-like rapidity, cutting off many inmates, who jumped out of the windows, some being killed.
