CREWS PAID OFF.

AUSTRALIAN COASTAL DISPUTE. SYDNEY. Feb. 25. As a further development of the dispute between the owners of coastal vessels and seamen the owners paid off the crews of five steamers which will be tied up pending a settlement of the dispute. One steamer, which arrived at a coastal port where the seamen refused tn unload the cargo unless paid wharf laborers rates, lias been recalled to Sydney, where she will be tied up.
