The negotiations for the sale of the entire Hugo Stinnes I Putsch Australische Shipping Company and the Kosrnos Company. has resulted in a provisional agreement. Herr Stinnes' fleet comprises 28 modern passenger and freight oversea steamers, of a, total tonnage of 140.355 tons, anti two motor ships of 10,800 tons now under construction. The Dciitsoh-Australische and Kosrnos’ companies’ capital amounts to eight and twelve million marks respectively. It is stated the transaction will necessitate an increase in capital of both companies.
