WELLINGTON TRAM PASSENGERS BENEFIT. (P<\- Press Association.) WELLINGTON, this day. Owing to the competition of private buses, the policy of the tramways management has been modified this year, and skeleton services will be maintained during thn holidays by either the trains, or the City Council’s buses where the latter aro in operation.
