LIQUOR DROPOUT THREAT IN U.S.A. WASHINGTON, Dec, 12. —A member of the House of Representatives, Air. 'Blanton, of Texas, a leading Prohibitionist, has introduced an amendment to the Volstead Act which practically requires that foreign diplomats in America shall bo forced to conform with the laws and abolish intoxicants. There is no chanee of its passing.
