INCREASING COST OF LIVING

At a special meeting of railwaymen’s. organisations to consider the ever-in-creasing cost of living, it was agreed that the minimum annual* wage ought to be 7740 francs. It was decided to take energetic action to obtain prompt satisfaction, including payment of 100 francs on accoount.
