MUKDEN TROOPS REVOLT

From a mass of rumors there seems no doubt that a serious revolt has broken out among the Mukden Hoops, who are fighting eiu.li other at Latinchow, ! hmwangato, and elsewhere along the Pekin-Mukdeit railway. it is claimed in some quarters that Kucsung Ling lias captured Mukden and made Chnngtsolin prisoner, but other reports state the troops are loyal to Chnngtsolin and have broken the railway at Chinwarigtao in order to hinder Kunsungling’s advance on Mukden. There is no doubt the Alukden party has collapsed at least temporarily, thus immensely strengthening Fengyuhsiang. Cabinet changes arc considered imminent. It is expected all tho Anfuites and the Mukdenites will be forced to resign and a Kuominchu Cabinet will be installed. 107),COO MEN BAIL) TO BE CAPTURED. (Reuter’s Telegram.) Kuosungling’s attempt, to seize Mukden and capture Ohangtsoiin has evidently not yet succeeded, hut it is stated in reliable circles that he has taken prisoner several of Changtsolin’s generals, with approximately 100,000 men, while Chang controls 50,C00 around Mukden.
Chang has seized Kuosungling’s family, and is holding them under the strictest surveillance at Alukden.
