Additional Customs regulations have been gazetted requiring 50 per cent, of British material or labor to entitle goods to preferential tariff, instead of 25 per cont- New regulations also have been gazetted dealing with technical education. and referring in detail to the syllabus, constitution of hoards, classification. and rates of salary.
