The Rotorua Chronicle says: Dr. Elaine Gurr. in her address to mothers yesterday, paid a high tribute to Sir Maui Poinaro’s administration of tho Health Department. This is the third tribute to this gentleman that the writer had heard expressed during the last week, and eacli of &uch tributes was made by those with intimate knowledge of the Health Department.
