THE SEVENTH PROTEST.

GERMANY AND THE PEACE TREATY. (Sydney Sun Cables.) (Received March 2, 3 p.m.) BERLIN, March 1. Germany’s seventh protest to the League of Nations against the presence of French troops in the Saar is more strongly wordedl than its predecessors. It declares the position has not improved, despite the assurance from the Council of the League over a year ago that the employment of French troops was purely temporary. It contends that the present situation violates the clearest stipulations of the peace treaty.
