ENGLISH TEAM’S TOUR. (Australian and N.Z. Cable Association.! (Received Feb. 17, 1 p.m.) LONDON, Feb. 16. Thn Athletic News states there is still a, chance that Now Zealand will he included in the Football Association tour. The answer to New Zealand seems to rest with the clubs. If tho tourists proceed to tho Dominion they will be absent until October. The Association must decide, apart from the financial aspect, whether a satisfactory response bv the clubs can bei secured if New Zealand’s requests are granted. There is some doubt whether this cam be done. It is announced that Wadsworth. Huddersfield’s international full back, has been invited to make the tour..and is considering his reply. This is the only name mentioned thus far. FOOTBALL RIOTS. LONDON. Dec. 29.—Riotous scenes occurred at a football match between Dundee and Falkirk at Falkirk on Saturday. Du ml osv was attacking near the end of the game, whan the hall struck the reforoe and was deflected into Falkirk’s goal. The referee awarded a goal, and Falkirk's supporters then rained stones and bottles on the Dundee players. Police reinforcements wore brought up and gave the visiting team protection The referee of a match between Partick and Hamilton was after the match followed to the railway station by a crowd. Police prevented an attack on him.
