It is alleged that Limy engaged the taxi for a long drive in the suburbs, and when passing a quiet park stmt Kickoff five times.and left him lying wounded in the roadway. La.ny took the wheel himself, but bad to visit a. garage owing In' a. brack down. The mechanics became suspicious and (.lie police were called in. Lany. when arrested, said he had'been charged with the duty of killing Kleboff.
