ALLEGED BREACHES OF AWARD

In the High Court the Client Steamship Company, the Commonwealth Line, and others applied for an injunction to restrain the Waters idle Workers' Federation from committing alleged breaches of Ihe award, and attempting anything in the nature of a strike. After argument the case was adjourned I ill Monday next. MELBOURNE, Dec. 8. The Waterside Workers' Federation's suspension of the Port Phillip Stevedores and the, Melbourne Wharf Union has been lifted, but so far no move has been made in the direction of calling (lie strike off, though no further steamers have been declared "black."
