SNAPPED UP IN LONDON

LONDON, Dec. 8. The London pottion, seven and a, quarter million sterling, of the Greek 7 per centum refugee loa,n, issued at eighty-eight, under the auspices of the League of Nations, was snapped up. The list dosed an hour after the opening.
An additional four million eight hundred thousand sterling is being issued in .Athens and New York. Control of tho loan will be exercised bv an international finance commission.
