LONDON, Aug. 1. Mr. Dalton, Labor candidate, speaking after the declaration of the poll in Hol-lancl-with-Boslon, said the Liberals only ran a candidate to keep him out. The Liberals during (lie campaign had stooped to depths of degradation. The Tories were straight and I heir opponents crooked.
His Majesty, who- was attending the Goodwood races, desired lo hear the result, of the election,', and in (lie absence of telegraphic facilities racing experts tick-tacked the figures to tlie Royal stand.
