I.CNIM'N. April 2. The most picturesque figure in the detachment of the famous scarlet-c: ated Canadian .Mounted Police guarding the Canadian Pavilion at Wembley, is Inspector C. 11. Hill. ollicer in charge. He was born in Ails tralia. educated in Kngland, and migrated to ( a mufti in 1903. He stands 6ft Sin in his slocking feet, is broad-sir uklered, clear-eyed, fail haired, and suntanned, and is of I Inreal Viking type. He served for 1! years in Hie Yukon and northern latitudes, and was twice wounded in France, winning the Military Medal for leading a. bombing raid on the trenches at Arras.
