The Westminster by-election is causing dissension among the Conservatives. While Mr. Baidwin declares that Air. Nicholson, the Unionist candidate, is entitled to the party's whole-hearted support, Mr. Churchill is receiving assistance from many Conservative and Liberal members of the House of Commons.
