nARBOR BOARD'S LAND. A special meeting of the Gisborne Harbor Board was held to-day, prior to the ordinary nieetingjrto confirm resolutions previously passed in connection with the securities for loans. Mr. MirfieM asked if the security over the whplo of their land could be demanded, j The chairman said the resolution did not ohdnnger their other loans.
