(Sydney Sun Cables.) (Received January 3. 9.40 a.m.) LONDON, Jan. 2. Arthur, Alfred, and George Hucros announce. t hey made no proposal for a settlement with the Dunlops. They explain they became dissatisfied with the board’s attitude towards themselves and others after the circulation of the inspector’s report ; accordingly on November 1 they issued writs against the company to afford the company an opportunity to defend actions, also to lodge any claim it considers it has against them.
