On each birthday Rockefeller has a hand concert, but as yesterday was Sunday, hci went instead to the church which his fundg built, and distributed among the children fifteen! new five cent pieces. Formerly it was his custom to distribute ten cent pieces or bright pieces.
Rockefeller, when asked for a statement, said : “There are too many people who talk in this world. I had better bo silent.”
Rockefeller has distributed 500,000,000 dollars in various philanthropic works.
