BIG LOAN NEEDED
WILDCAT SCHEMES CONDEMNED

LONDON, July 8
Mr. Cos grave, speaking at Cork, said the Government would shortly ask the Irish people to lend the nation a sufficient sum to wipe out the dishonor of the last twelve or eighteen months. He warned ' the nation against wildcat schemes. It must be prepared for small buildings. It was essential that after the elections the Government should be strong enough to enable them to advance money.
