NAVY BALLOON FALLS INTO LAKE.

A navy balloon, which left Indianapolis on Tuesday in the national race, was found floating in Lake Erie. The basket was torn from tlic bag. Lieuts. Roth and Null arc missing. Hope of their recovery- is abandoned. The Itig deseefibes briefly a struggle with storms for many hours- before the ropes broke.
