While a hundred) and' twenty men were being taken to the surface at the Trimsarnn colliery, near Llanelly, the tram’s shackle broke and (lie tram ran back to the bottom. It- is bclie'Vedi that eight are killed! and over twenty injured. (Received April 20, 9.20 a.nr.)
Eight were killed outright and two died of injuries in the Trimsaran accident. The under manager was among the killed, also a boy of fourteen who had been in the pit only a few days.
