The Labor Conference discussed the question of Hie party’s attitude toward various internationals, and eventually adopted a resolution to support the Vienna International in its efforts to establish a united organisation. A Birmingham resolution favoring the inclusion' of Moscow war, withdrawn. A motion eondcmning*tho occupation of Ruhr was carried by a largo majority.
